SCOPE OF WORK
* The San Joaquin Council of Governments is seeking consultants to provide on-call professional services for various transportation projects. Service categories include: 1) State/Federal Funding Program assistance and general project administration; 2) project development services (environmental and engineering services); and 3) construction management and materials testing. Projects may include: 1) bicycle and pedestrian projects; 2) traffic signal installation; 3) intersection improvements; 4) transit facilities and amenities; and 5) operational or widening roadway projects. Required work includes public outreach, traffic studies, and feasibility studies.
