What personally identifiable information is collected from me and how is my information used?
IMS furnishes the information you provide to participating service providers that we deem appropriate according to your areas of interest. IMS, its marketing partners and
customers, use the information you provide to offer you products and services via email, postal mail, or telephone that are related to these areas of interest. IMS will broadcast special offers and services that would be of value to any of our online consumers. IMS does not use your information to request a credit report; however, our participating service providers may.
What are IP addresses and how does IMS use them?
An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Your IP address does not contain any personally identifiable information about you. IMS collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to ensure the validity of an “opt-in” request (i.e. the consumer’s consent to receive the requested information).
How do I review and/or update the information I have provided?
It is easy for you to review and/or update the information you have provided IMS. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please provide, at a minimum, your first name, last name, postal address, and email address. IMS will email the information you originally provided us to the email address you provide in your request. To update your information, simply click “reply”, include the words “updated information” in the subject line, and provide your updated information.
IMS will update your information. Please allow approximately 5 business days for the update to be completed. Please note that IMS will only update its own database; therefore, in order to update your information with our participating service providers, we encourage you to contact them directly.
