SCOPE OF WORK
Caltrans is seeking a consultant to enhance and update the California Statewide Freight Forecasting Model and the California Statewide Travel Demand Model. Required work includes: 1) updating socioeconomic forecasts; 2) GIS files for the master highway network; and 3) updating transit element of the model.
