SCOPE OF WORK
Provide a carbon management system that meets the following goals and objectives: 1) support agency reporting, pursuant to NRS 445B.380 and Executive Order 2019-22, toward energy reduction goals and provide the Governor and Legislature with timely and accurate data; 2) support conservation initiatives such as performance contracting for operational cost savings; and 3) support calculation of carbon footprints, environmental impact, and greenhouse gas reduction toward EPA Clean Air Act section 111(d) requirements.
