SCOPE OF WORK
The County of Richland is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the maintenance and repair needs for three County properties located at the Columbia Place Mall: 1) Former Burlington/JC Penny (Parcel R17001-04-42); 2) Former Sears (Parcel R16904-01-06); and 3) Former Dillard's (Parcel R17001-04-40). Required work includes assessment of structural, mechanical, electrical, fire and sprinkler, and plumbing systems and evaluation the suitability and best use of each building to meet County space use needs.
